Meghan Markle and Prince Harry unveiled their greeting card this Thursday, December 23, revealing for the first time the face of the little Lilibet on a photo where the whole family adopts a very casual jeans look. A picture that may surprise but reminds another important moment in the life of the royal couple …

Goodbye royal uniform of the British Crown, hello holey jeans and little shirt. Harry and Meghan Markle have shared their Christmas card for the holidays. A card for which the couple chose a photo full of love and joy, and where we discover for the first time the face of their daughter, Lilibet Diana, born last June 4. Their biographer Omid Scobie explained on Twitter that the picture was captured this summer at the family home in Montecito.

Also in the shot is Archie, who appears to have grown up nicely. Now two and a half years old, the little boy has turned red like his daddy, and is wearing a white shirt and jeans turned inside out in the photo, again like his daddy. Father and son are also both barefoot, unlike Meghan, who wears flat nude ballerinas. Moreover, the latter is wearing raw jeans, not ripped, and a small navy blue sweater.

A look identical to the photo of their first kiss

All four appear very smiling, and look like a typical American family that we can find in the usual American ads that represent the perfect family. But this photo with a casual look also recalls the shot that formalized the relationship between Meghan and Harry as they exchanged a kiss. The young woman was wearing a white shirt and jeans with holes. A nice nod to a happy family.
