Before appearing alongside the British royal family, Meghan Markle wanted to spend a moment of well-being. Indeed, the professional Sarah Chapman explained the treatments she performed on the face of the Duchess of Sussex.

While Meghan Markle had not set foot in London for many months, the Duchess of Sussex made the trip for the Queen’s Jubilee. Thus, the former American actress came to celebrate the 70 years of reign of the grandmother of Prince Harry. But before showing herself with the rest of the British royal family, Archie and Lilibet’s mom wanted to take a little beauty break. Indeed, during her stay in the United Kingdom, she stopped by the professional Sarah Chapman, who was interviewed by our colleagues of People: “Meghan and I love to chat, and the opportunity to give her a good facial and make sure her skin remains radiant during all the events was a great combination: a friendly meeting and facials,” said the professional.

While she describes Meghan Markle’s skin as “healthy and glowing,” she stressed that “traveling across continents and changing time zones can disrupt skin and dehydration.” So Sarah Chapman made a treatment with vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, a hydrating booster and a “pep 8” serum to moisturize the Duchess of Sussex’s skin. “I wanted her beauty to shine at the events, so a lot of moisturizing, oils and massages were needed. I used an LED light treatment,” she says. “In my clinic, we have all the latest technology to treat all skin and medical dermatology issues, but for Meghan Markle, all we need are hands and a good product to bring out her glow.”

A relaxing moment and a family reunion

The professional’s goal is to give Meghan Markle a “natural” and “relaxed” look. The gathering was also an opportunity to see Lilibet: “For me, it was great to catch up with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, meet sweet little Lilibet and give Meghan a facial to enhance her natural glow,” she explained before continuing, “I always love to see my clients and friends shine at these fabulous events, and I think she looked graceful and radiant during the celebrations.”
