Meghan Markle and Harry: why they fear for the safety of their son Archie

Ever since they moved to Los Angeles, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have kept their discretion to a minimum, limiting their movements on city streets to avoid intrusive photographers. The Sussex couple are reportedly especially concerned for the safety of their son Archie, after unbelievable attempts to invade their privacy inside their residence…

For their little Archie, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will stop at nothing. Housed in the luxurious Beverly Hills villa of a famous American actor and director, the Sussex couple saw red when drones flew over their residence in an attempt to violate their privacy. An incident that reportedly occurred five times in May, forcing the couple to alert the Los Angeles police, who take potential threats to Sussex very seriously.

Particularly concerned for the safety of their son Archie, who recently celebrated his first birthday, Meghan and Harry are now redoubling their vigilance. A distressing situation according to one of the couple’s friends, who told the Daily Express: “Meghan received death threats at the time of her marriage so they don’t take these new attempts lightly. Can you imagine how you would feel in her place? To have drones flying over your head, sometimes only 20 feet above you, while you’re just trying to play with your child?”.

Alone against all of them?

While they gained invaluable freedom by moving to Los Angeles and leaving the UK and the monarchy that suffocated them, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry nevertheless accumulate problems to deal with that paralyse their total fulfilment. Tensions with the royal family, accumulating debts, paparazzi on their backs… All these factors make the new life of the Sussex family difficult, even though they are determined to move forward after two emotionally chaotic years.
