On September 15, Prince Harry celebrated his 36th birthday in Los Angeles. To celebrate their new life in California, his wife Meghan Markle gave him a typical gift, which he loves.

It has been eight months since Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle decided to leave England for America. On September 15, Princess Diana’s son celebrated his 36th birthday in Los Angeles. This beautiful day, Prince Harry of course spent it in company of Meghan Markle and their son Archie, 1 year and a half old.

According to the information of Hello Magazine, they all celebrated Prince Harry’s birthday with his family, with certainly the presence of Doria Ragland, the mother of the former actress of the series Suits.

For the birthday of her beloved, Meghan Markle had a rather original gift idea! Last July, the two lovebirds officially moved in Montecito, a wealthy city close to Santa Barbara, which is two hours north of Los Angeles.

Since the entire Sussex family now lives along the California coast, the Duchess had the idea of offering Prince Harry surfing lessons! According to Page Six’s information, Meghan Markle bought surfing lessons from her husband, and “he loves it”! It must be said that this sliding sport is a real institution in California. “Harry loves Montecito, Meghan gave him surf lessons for his birthday, and he’s having a great time,” said one source.

Harry, “a normal Californian guy”

Last June, while the couple was still living in the villa of the actor Tyler Perry in Los Angeles, Prince Harry had been spotted riding his bike near a beach, before going surfing.

“Harry was riding his bike at Surfrider Beach at First Point, where you can see the surfers coming. He was alone, wearing a white, red and black bike suit and of course wearing a helmet,” a witness told Hollywood Life.

“It looked like he was going to surf because he stopped to check the waves. Harry really seems to like his post-royalty life and to be a normal California guy! He seemed super comfortable and normal,” the source added. Like what, you don’t need a castle life to be happy…
