Between 2011 and 2017, the Duchess of Sussex played in the series Suits alongside Patrick J. Adams. Over the years, their friendship has continued to grow. Considering that his friend is an “enthusiastic, kind, generous and joyful” person, it was last March that he had wanted to defend her on Twitter. While she is the target of many critics, the actor had written: “She has always been a powerful woman with a deep sense of morality and a fierce work ethic. She has never been afraid to speak out, to be heard and to stand up for herself and those she cares about.” Five months earlier, as Meghan Markle moved to California, Patrick J. Adams told Access Hollywood, “I miss my friend, but I’m so glad she’s doing well!”
