According to the information in the book Finding Freedom, Kate Middleton was not present that day in November 2016 when Harry decided to introduce his dear and sweet Meghan to his brother William.
Revelations about the royal family of England are becoming more and more numerous. Following the release of the shocking biography Finding Freedom by Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, several secrets about Meghan, Harry, William, Kate or Queen Elizabeth II have been revealed. While the behaviour of the Cambridge family towards Meghan Markle was scrutinized, we learn that Kate Middleton was not present during the presentation of Prince Harry’s sweetheart to William.
As reported in the Mirror, Prince William met his sister-in-law Meghan Markle in November 2016, shortly after the beginning of his love affair with Harry. It was a very special day for the woman who recently bought a villa in Los Angeles, and she knew that her destiny was about to be turned upside down.
Unfortunately, the pretty brunette was not able to exchange with Kate Middleton, and for good reason, she was in Norfolk with George, Charlotte and Louis…
Benevolent William with Meghan
William apologized for Kate’s absence to a Meghan who was slightly tense at the thought of meeting the future king. According to the book by Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, Archie’s mother thought that she was going to be “put on the grill” and that William would like to “know everything about her and her intentions”, but on the contrary, everything went well, in an extremely benevolent manner. As a cute little anecdote, when Prince William saw Meghan Markle, he exclaimed, “I couldn’t wait to meet the girl who put that silly smile on my brother’s face.”
Since then, relations between the Cambridge and Sussex families have deteriorated somewhat, as can also be understood in Finding Freedom.
