In an interview with “Entertainment Tonight”, David Beckham complimented Prince Harry on his role as a father.
After leaving their prominent roles in the British Royal Family for good to start a brand new life across the Atlantic with their son Archie. While this decision has been hotly debated in the United Kingdom, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have always been able to count on the support of their loved ones.
A few weeks ago, the actress Margot Robbie revealed that she and her husband Tom Ackerley would like to welcome the couple to Los Angeles in the columns of the “Sun”, while David Beckham confided a few days ago that he was “proud” of the career of Prince Harry, his long-time friend.
The ex-footballer has indeed granted an interview to “Entertainment Tonight”, in which he talked about his friendship with Prince Harry and in particular his new role as a father with Archie. “…We talk about it as friends and that’s the most important thing for me,” he began. He continues: “I think he enjoys being a father for the first time and that’s what we talk about all the time. When you become a parent, everything changes completely for you. Your child should always be happy.
HE’S AN AMAZING PERSON
Following his interview, Beckham said he and his wife Victoria were “proud of the way Harry adjusted to his new life as a father. The parents of four children (Brooklyn, 20, Romeo, 17, Cruz, 15, and Harper, 8), the couple have known Prince Harry for many years and attended his wedding to Meghan Markle in May 2018.
“We love him, he’s an incredible person and that’s the most important thing. I am proud to see him grow as an individual and be the person every father wants to be. Every father wants to love his children and that’s what I see in him,” he concludes.
