In a webinar with his friend Serena Williams, Prince Harry talked about his wellness routine. The opportunity for the Duke of Sussex to lift the veil on his life as a young father.
If he intends to spare Queen Elizabeth II, his grandmother, it does not prevent Prince Harry to open up about his private life. In a live chat with Serena Williams and Alexi Robichaux, founder of the start-up BetterUp, dedicated to mental health, with the object of mental fitness, the Duke of Sussex took the opportunity to say more about his life as a father. The husband of Meghan Markle has indeed revealed his routine since his eldest son Archie started school.
Now two years old, the son of Harry and Meghan Markle has taken the road to the nursery, which allows his father to breathe a little. And when the youngest child Lilibet takes a nap, the youngest son of Charles and Diana takes the opportunity to have a moment to himself. He who has already experienced a burn-out phase in the past knows how important it is to take care of oneself. So, he confided during this webinar to spend this “half hour” or sometimes even “forty-five minutes” to meditate, take the dog out, do some sport or simply walk in nature.
Prince Harry needs to meditate every day
“From now on, I take advantage of this free time to say to myself, okay, one of your children is at school, the other is taking a nap, this is the break time of your day,” Prince Harry made known. William’s brother also said he really needs to meditate daily, as reported by the Mirror. A new healthy life and very Californian.
