Yet this moment of television is unlikely to be historic. Indeed, according to our sources, the interview, which will be broadcast on March 7 during a special program, should not disturb the British Crown.
For the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who have nevertheless planned to be “uncensored”, will say nothing that might disturb Elizabeth II. Contrary to popular belief, relations between the couple and the Queen would be rather good, according to some relatives interviewed by the Evening Standard. There would be no question of further embarrassing Harry’s grandmother, who was warned of this initiative at the last moment, on social networks.
The interview will thus take place in two parts. The first part will consist of an exclusive interview with Meghan Markle and will cover “everything from entering royal life, marriage, motherhood, philanthropic work to how she manages life under intense public pressure,” revealed the American channel CBS.
