Oprah Winfrey is not the only American TV star to be close to the couple formed by Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. Prince William‘s brother is close friends with James Corden. So much so that he would have accepted, according to our source, to take part in his famous Carpool Karaoke.
This Friday, February 5, the two men were seen in Los Angeles, aboard a tourist bus, on the 2nd floor in order to stay outdoors and shoot a sequence of the show while respecting the rules of social distancing imposed by the health crisis, reveals the American media.
“A lot of jokes and laughter” would be on the programme. “They toured Hollywood and James showed Harry some special landmarks. They are also discussing Harry’s life in the United States and his current concerns,” said a source quoted by People.
Meghan Markle would not have taken part in the filming, although the new comedy duo were escorted by police in addition to the presence of Archie’s father’s personal crew. The actress would have stayed at home in Montecito with their son.
So it was away from wife and child that Prince Harry had a good time with his friend. Perhaps they will come back to the Sussex wedding, which the American host attended in May 2018. His account of the ceremony proved hilarious.

James Corden had revealed that he had spent his time refraining from sneezing, prey to allergies when faced with the presence of so many flowers. This was for him “the worst aspect of the ceremony” which he had transformed into a comic spring in his Late Late Show.
He laughed about it, but the 42-year-old showman had been overwhelmed by the marriage of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. “It was so charming, it was wonderful. It was one of the most beautiful ceremonies I’ve ever been to. It was beautiful. It was happy, it was joyful, it was uplifting,” James Corden said in his show. Will the bride somehow find herself in her husband’s Carpool Karaoke? The mystery remains a mystery, all the more so as no broadcast has yet been revealed.
