Meghan Markle and Harry move a little further from the Crown

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have recently initialled official documents that take them further away from royalty.

Royal Sussex, it’s over. And this time it’s for good. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have officially dissolved their foundation by signing the last necessary documents, reports the Mirror.

They will not be able, as they had so much hoped for at the outset, to make the name a brand name and market, among other things, derivative products. Queen Elizabeth II has even forbidden them to use any iteration of the word “royal”. This was part of the agreements made between the couple and the monarch when they retired from the British royal family.

The Sussex Royal Foundation therefore no longer officially exists. One more step away from royalty for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Why one more step? Well, because in recent weeks, in addition to the distance imposed by the coronavirus pandemic, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have made little effort to get closer to the Queen, Prince Charles, William and Kate Middleton.

A biography entitled Finding freedom, in which relatives of the Sussex couple would make important revelations, may well end up setting fire to them…

While we wait for Archewell…

It should be noted that while this is the end of Royal Sussex, it is only the beginning of Prince Harry’s and Meghan Markle’s plans, who are still working to create their non-profit foundation called Archewell. The creation is taking longer than expected.

The American Office that distributes the patents judged the non-profit nature of the project “too vague”. Changes need to be made to the file. While waiting for the administrative problems to be resolved, Meghan and Harry are concentrating on their eco-tourism project Travalyst, launched in 2019, and are participating in various charitable actions from the United States.
