From this Monday, September 21st, it is Justin Rushbrooke QC, one of his rivals, who will represent the Duchess of Sussex at the next hearings.
Last May, Master Sherborne lost the first preliminary hearing. Meghan Markle was ordered to pay the newspaper more than 70,000 euros in legal costs. A failure which pushed the mother of little Archie to separate herself from her famous counsel.
According to the Times, within the legal circles, it is whispered that the Duchess of Sussex would have acted in solidarity with Amber Heard who accuses her ex-husband Johnny Depp of domestic violence . But sources quickly denied this rumor.
