A few days ago, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry made a surprise and committed appearance. And Sussex charmed the very observant internet users.
Sussex thrives on anonymity. Since they moved to Los Angeles, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have avoided showing up in public too much, preferring to spend some special time in their luxurious villa with their son, Archie.
Helped by the health crisis, which has put all events on hold, the Duke and Duchess allow themselves only a few hand-picked appearances. On Saturday 6 February, they surprised the pupils of a virtual poetry class by slipping them a few committed words. The course was organised by the association Get Lit, whose aim is to give free speech to amateurs and dedicated to Black History Month, celebrated since 1976 in the United States. From their home, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were keen to take part in it.
And the association was delighted to live “the most epic experience in the history of Get Lit”. “Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, were magical and kind and interested in poetry,” she added, explaining that Archie’s mother had spoken to “share her favourite verses”. For the pupils in this class too, the appearance of the Sussex girls was a real surprise.
“It’s so unreal. It’s crazy to think that they were there, listening… Thank you for organising this. It’s so incredible”, said one of them. Another writes: “I first asked myself, ‘Am I dreaming?’ I feel so honoured to have been able to meet them and discuss with them the importance of poetry in today’s world.

And as with each of the couple’s appearances, they have been scrutinised by Internet users. And obviously, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have conquered them all. Notably the Duchess of Sussex, whom many found radiant. “I always thought she was beautiful, but she has been looking very bright lately”, “THEY ARE SO HAPPY AND MEGHAN BRILLANT”, “Meghan shines in a good way.

Another added that the couple looked “incredibly happy”. “Meghan looks really happy and Harry looks relaxed and unstressed,” supported another observer.
