The 50-year-old man is known for his activities as a producer, but also as an actor. In 2005, he had met success with his film Madea, Grandmother as Justice, in which he does not hesitate to disguise himself.
Neither Meghan nor Harry have been seen in public with him, but he is close friends with Oprah Winfrey, with whom the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are preparing a documentary. So it would be the American TV star, very close to Meghan Markle, who could have allowed the owner and the couple to get in touch and decide to make his mansion their home after they left Vancouver.
