Prince Harry compared to a “rottweiler”: his ties to the Royal family more strained than ever

Engaged body and soul in a legal battle against the press company Associated Newspapers Limited, Prince Harry seemed to have the wrong target and attacked members of the royal family during the hearing. According to his father’s former press secretary, Meghan Markle’s husband is showing a stubbornness “worthy of a rottweiler”.

The former press secretary to the king also highlights the Duke of Sussex’s presence in London, even though it was not mandatory: “He wants to show that he takes this very seriously. He won’t give up.” In light of his statements, it becomes clear that relations between the Duke of Sussex, the Prince of Wales and Charles III are not ready to settle down …

Family relations more and more tense

The recent attacks of Prince Harry against the rest of the Windsors may come, once again, degrade family relations already on the decline. Strained since the Megxit in 2020, the relationship between the Duke of Sussex and the other members of the royal family has continued to deteriorate. The shock interview given to Oprah Winfrey, the Netflix documentary and the memoirs of Prince Harry have collectively sounded the death knell of the good understanding. While in recent weeks Charles III has reached out to his son and daughter-in-law by inviting them to his coronation, Meghan Markle’s husband does not seem ready to put away the gloves just yet.
