Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have made a substantial donation to an association in Los Angeles. This big gift was accompanied by a small but special letter

This Friday, July 16, the site Hello reports a charitable action of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. Indeed, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would have donated several pallets of diapers of the brand Pampers to an association based in Los Angeles. This is the association Harvet Home which is responsible for homeless pregnant women in Los Angeles.

“Pallets and pallets of diapers…. We are so grateful! These diapers recently arrived at our new Pico-Robertson home and we couldn’t be more grateful to the Archewell Foundation, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Procter & Gamble and Pampers Brand for the incredible donation as part of their Million Acts of Love campaign. Thank you for helping us make sure our moms and babies have everything they need in our homes!” reads a post by the organization on Instagram this Thursday, July 15. Incidentally, the nonprofit made sure to take a photo and put it as a caption to the post.

A letter written while Meghan was still pregnant

This gift from the Sussexes comes from the partnership with the cosmetics company Procter & Gamble. The brand Pampers is part of this company. Accompanying this gift, the royal couple made sure to send a letter written by Meghan Markle while she was still pregnant. “As a mom and mom-to-be, I deeply appreciate the importance of community support, safe and accessible pregnancy resources, and trusted advice in a nurturing setting. These ingredients are essential, not only to our physical health, but also to our mental well-being, and I commend you for leading a compassionate community that lives these values,” the letter reads.

“Thank you for all you do for women and mothers who are turned away elsewhere, through no fault of their own. (…) I hope you will take us up on our offer of support to further help the residents of Harvest Home,” she concluded.
