For their first wedding anniversary in May 2019, Prince Harry had already contacted Lorraine Schwartz to have a diamond eternity ring made with three birthstones: an emerald for Archie, born in May, a sapphire for Harry, born in September, and a peridot stone for Meghan, born in August.
