It’s a birthday she celebrated with restraint. Pandemic forces, Kate Middleton blew out her 39 candles this Saturday 9th January in the privacy of Anmer Hall.
And despite health restrictions, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were able to burst into the day of celebration with a touching gift. Exiled in Los Angeles since the beginning of the health crisis, the lovebirds sent a birthday card to the Duchess of Cambridge as well as several presents, according to the Us Weekly. “It was a nice surprise,” a relative told our sources. “Kate expected nothing from the couple.”
A real surprise she discovered alongside Prince William and their three children, who were once again not about to go back to school when national containment was once again introduced in the UK. Like her younger brother and Meghan Markle, the Duke of Cambridge showered her with gifts, including diamond and sapphire earrings that Kate Middleton “loves”.
The Duchess also received a personal message from Her Majesty Elizabeth II. Recently vaccinated against coronavirus with her husband, Prince Philip, the 94-year-old monarch remains confined to Windsor Castle.
The Fab Four, a distant memory
The end of the squabble between Cambridge and Sussex?
