Harry and Meghan Markle’s Sensational Homecoming: What Would Happen if They Returned to the UK?

0

Are Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle planning a return to the UK? It would appear so, and that the couple are looking for a new home.

Will Meghan Markle and Prince Harry be back soon? Everything suggests yes. The royal couple celebrated five years of love on 19 May, while rumours of a forthcoming divorce are emerging. Far from this kind of talk, the couple, who escaped the worst on the streets of New York a few weeks ago, are already thinking about the future. Following the publication of Prince Harry’s memoirs, the couple are said to be in the midst of preparing a film for Netflix. The new revelations they are about to make in front of the cameras will clearly not be a brake on their next project.

This Saturday 27 May, the Mirror reported that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could soon be back in the UK. Is it just a rumour or not? A former royal butler claims that the lovebirds could buy a new property in Britain. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been living in the United States, more specifically in Montecito, California, for the past few years. But the Prince and his family make regular visits to the UK, such as for the Queen’s Jubilee and young Lilibet’s birthday.

A new home to keep a link with the UK

While Meghan has all her family present in the United States, this is not the case for Harry. “He will want to keep that association with Britain in case he wants to come back one day and I don’t think Harry will want to cut the links,” says the royal butler of the Prince’s intentions. However, he qualified his statement by saying that the Duke “seemed happy in the United States and a return to the UK is not in the cards.” Archie’s parents are surely trying to find a home to replace Frogmore Cottage, the keys to which they had to give back to the King for Prince Andrew to move in.
