In an interview with GB News on 26 April, expert Angela Levin revealed that Meghan Markle broke a promise to Elizabeth II.

A broken promise… A few months after the death of Elizabeth II, Meghan Markle would have already broken a “promise” made to “the Queen”. In an interview with GB News on 26 April, biographer Angela Levin made accusations against Prince Harry’s wife. According to her, the Duchess of Sussex promised her grandmother-in-law not to use her royal titles for “profit”.

According to the author of Harry: Conversations with the Prince, Meghan Markle is said to be “very proud to have joined an organisation that will make her even richer and more famous”. “Here she is doing exactly what the Queen would never do, which is to use royalty to make a lot of money,” said the British royal expert. For Angela Levin, the Suits actress’ behaviour is very “poor” because “she doesn’t listen” to Elizabeth II’s advice.

Lucrative projects

Since their departure for California in 2020, Meghan and Harry have been busy making money. Together they own a production company, Archewell Productions. Through it, the couple produces various programmes for Netflix, including the hit docu-series Harry & Meghan. The Sussexes also produce podcasts for the Spotify platform. Finally, they have signed a lucrative contract with New York publishing house Penguin Random House.

Last October, the Daily Mail estimated the Sussexes’ assets at $22 million. However, the couple’s fortune could quickly increase as, according to the Daily Mail, Harry and Meghan have recruited Adam Lilling, a famous Hollywood venture capitalist. Lilling has worked with Ellen DeGeneres and Matthew McConaughey, among others.
