Meghan Markle in the face of justice: Prince Charles involved in the trial against his will

0

Meghan Markle goes on the offensive in her lawsuit against the Mail on Sunday. After tackling the “authorized” biography Finding Freedom, the young woman does not hesitate to reveal elements on the private life of Prince Charles.

Meghan Markle will do anything to win her case against the Mail on Sunday. If she has recently changed lawyers, the Duchess of Sussex has also decided to bring out the heavy artillery in terms of defense. In addition to considerable financial means to achieve her goal, the young woman has – it seems – not hesitated to turn her jacket.

While the Mail on Sunday accuses the former actress of regularly revealing elements of a private nature, the latter responded by tackling Finding Freedom, the biography a priori authorized on her and Prince Harry.

According to legal documents revealed to the press, Jenny Afia, one of the Duchess’s representatives, declared in the High Court of London that the authors of Finding Freedom, Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, had invented some elements.

In particular, the lawyer reported “inaccurate” statements in the book, some of which directly concern Prince Charles. In the biography, the two journalists claim, among other things, that Prince Harry allegedly notified his entourage – namely the Queen, his father, his brother and the rest of the family – of Meghan Markle’s pregnancy by text message. However, for Jenny Afia, this fact is impossible since the son of Elizabeth II… does not have a cell phone.

Strong detestation of selfies

An element far from being surprising. Documentary filmmaker John Bridcut, who followed Prince Charles for a year for the film Prince, Son and Heir : Charles at 70, revealed in an interview with Vanity Fair that the heir to the throne could not stand selfies.

“He’s irritated by people who automatically take out their phones,” the filmmaker revealed. “He wants to meet people, and it annoys him to see camera phones being thrown in his face.”

A tendency that is also abhorred by other family members. For example, Prince Harry hates them just as much as his father does, while Queen Elizabeth II finds it “disconcerting” and “strange”.
