Meghan Markle: her half-sister Samantha, says she is “sad” not to have contact with her anymore

Samantha Markle gave an interview to “50′ inside”, broadcast this Saturday 16th January on TF1. Meghan Markle’s half-sister explained that she was “sad” not to see the duchess since her royal wedding.

On February 1st, Samantha Markle will publish The Diary Of Princess Pushy’s Sister. In her 328-page book, she renews heavy accusations against Meghan Markle and promises to tell “the hidden truths about [their] family”.

A few days before the long-awaited release of her book, Meghan Markle’s half-sister, who never misses an opportunity to criticise her, agreed to give an interview to the French programme 50′ inside, broadcast this Saturday 16 January on TF1.

The journalist wanted to know what is the relationship between Samantha and Meghan Markle, the two half-sisters who have Thomas Markle as their father. “We don’t have one. She hasn’t kept any connection with me, nor with my father. It’s really sad,” said the 56-year-old author of the book.

Samantha Markle and Meghan Markle stopped talking to each other after the former actress married Prince Harry on 19 May 2018. Furthermore, the Duchess of Sussex had invited neither her father nor her half-sister, but only her mother Doria Ragland, to whom she is very close. “All I can tell you is that this marriage is not what it seems to be, I’m putting it down here,” Samantha Markle told the journalist.

Meghan Markle not very serene…

17 years separate the two women. And yet Samantha Markle explains that she has many childhood memories with her young half-sister: “We spent time together during the week. I’d drop her off at school, we’d do activities on the weekends? It was a normal relationship between sisters,” she explained in the TF1 programme.

If Samantha Markle and Prince Harry’s wife were close at the time, this is no longer the case. Pending the publication of the famous book, Meghan Markle would be eating her heart out. According to her relatives, the duchess has “her stomach turned upside down” by this new attack… but the 39-year-old mother “will not be upset or annoyed by this in public”, as one of her relatives assured her. And her husband supports her 100%.
