Tuesday, November 2, 2021, Misha Nonoo, fashion designer and close friend of Meghan Markle revealed that she gave birth to a baby girl six months ago. On Instagram, the pretty blonde expressed herself on the premature birth of little Marina.
Pink notebook! A few months after Meghan Markle gave birth to little Lilibet, her close friend Misha Nonoo, revealed that she too gave birth to a baby girl six months ago. On Instagram, the famous fashion designer first revealed, “It’s been a little while since you’ve heard from me. I wanted to wait until Marina was well to share our story. Thank you to all the amazing doctors and nurses who helped make all of our wishes come true, we are so grateful for everything you have done for our family.” In a lengthy text, the pretty blonde, who is based in New York City, shared, “Earlier this year, I went into early labor with our baby girl, Marina. She arrived while I was in another city, away from home and with no family around.”
While her daughter was born prematurely, Misha Nonoo explained, “She was immediately transported to a neonatal intensive care unit and then had a number of surgeries. I couldn’t hold her for weeks. The amazing care she received while in the ICU makes us forever indebted to the incredible doctors and nurses who helped care for our daughter and I am personally touched by these selfless professionals.” While her start as a mom was complicated, Meghan Markle’s friend added, “This is Marina’s story. I share it with you, my community, because women are the epicenter and foundation of everything I’ve done and by sharing the difficulty of the last six months, I want to give hope to those who may be struggling with a similar situation and to help others feel more comfortable sharing their own challenges. I want to honor our daughter because her courage, determination and resilience at such a young age took my breath away.”

Asserting that her daughter was a superhero, the creator revealed, “Having a child who is sick or needs serious medical care is one of the hardest things you can experience as a parent. I am in awe of our daughter and the extraordinary spirit with which she was born. I have always looked to women for inspiration and courage in life and those last moments when I felt helpless, it was her strong spirit and light that kept us going. She is simply a superhero.” Finally, the young woman added, “Now, more than ever, we need to preserve our world so our little superheroes can thrive.”
